APPEARANCE

Rich amber at the edges, deepening to warm mahogany.

AROMA

First, dried fruits and citrus zest. Honey and vanilla settle beneath, with a trace of salted dark chocolate.

TASTE

Cinnamon, chocolate and treacle toffee. Then a lingering reminder of Wick’s deep coastal character.

MATURATION

Second-fill, ex-bourbon casks build dark spice. First-fill Spanish butts add dried fruit and chocolate. Time does the rest, on Scotland’s far north coast.
