Eighteen years in Wick’s salt air have their say. So do our casks: first, ex-bourbon American oak casks, then first-fill Oloroso sherry casks. Together, they bring dried vine fruit, dark toffee, toasted spice – a rich and deeply considered single malt with our unmistakable coastal character.

APPEARANCE
Deep amber, from nothing but oak casks and 18 years.
AROMA
Dark chocolate and creamy vanilla show the way. Honey and warm spice follow, with fresh citrus cutting through at the end.
TASTE
Rich chocolate and honeyed spice, deepening into dried fruit and cinnamon. The finish is long, coastal, and clean.
MATURATION
To begin, second fill ex-bourbon casks. Next, years in first-fill Oloroso sherry butts, on Scotland’s far north coast.
