First matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks, then something new. A rare dual maturation in Manzanilla and Oloroso casks – we’ve never offered this combination before.
The result is deep and characterful: vanilla, citrus and spiced dried fruit, settling into crème caramel and salted chocolate. Always, our unmistakable maritime character running through to the finish.

Vanilla and citrus open cleanly, then spiced dried fruit and a trace of salt-laden air.
TASTE
