Harbour is named for the port that built the town, and the 2,000 herring boats that landed their catch here every day. Thirsty work. American oak ex-bourbon casks bring bright citrus and vanilla, steadily building to warm toffee and raisin. The bracing salt of the North Sea ends each sip and invites the next.

APPEARANCE
Bright, sparkling gold with a warm straw edge.
AROMA
First, creamy vanilla and coconut. Followed by marmalade, lemon drizzle cake, and fresh oak spice.
TASTE
Raisins and tropical fruit deepen into hot toffee and tobacco leaf. Warm, rounded, with a long coastal finish.
