Limited Edition aged 23 years in Spanish Oak Sherry Casks. The sherry casks produces a dark amber whisky, reminiscent of maple syrup. On the nose, there is chocolate, sherry and slight traces of cloves. Full bodied flavour with raisins, warm spice and hints of gooseberries overlaid with sherry flavours. The sherry flavours are well balanced with the Old Pulteney coastal minerality and perfectly compliment the spirit
