Old Pulteney 21 Year Old 

This award-winning incarnation of Old Pulteney was matured in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks resulting in a complex, intense and luxurious spirit. It’s the perfect accompaniment to cheese and dark chocolate, both of which have Christmas written all over them, but a true malthead will serve the 21 Year Old on its own and then spend hours just sniffing it and sighing with delight. Old Pulteney 1990 Vintage 

This limited Vintage bottling is an interesting one. It’s an Old Pulteney with all its signature character but there is an unexpected twist to it too. The spirit was matured in casks which previously held peaty whisky, imparting on the otherwise un-peated Pulteney distillate a layer of smokiness. It’s one of the most interesting recent releases on the market and the taste profile is nothing short of spectacular, and that’s not just our opinion.
