By participating in this quiz and submitting your details, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- Eligibility:
- This quiz is open to all residents of The United Kingdom who are over the age of 18.
- Employees of Old Pulteney, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the quiz are ineligible to enter.
- The Prize Draw:
- By entering the quiz, you agree to be automatically entered into a prize draw to win one (1) bottle of Old Pulteney 15-Year-Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (approximate retail value: £78).
- A higher score in the quiz does not increase your chances of winning. All valid entries have an equal chance of being selected.
- The prize draw will be conducted on 18th August by a random selection process.
- The winner will be notified by email within 2 days of the draw.
- Claiming Your Prize:
- The winner will be required to confirm their eligibility and provide a valid postal address for prize delivery.
- If the winner does not respond to the notification within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.
- There is no cash alternative for the prize. The prize is non-transferable and non-returnable.
- Data Protection:
- By entering the quiz, you consent to Old Pulteney collecting and storing your personal information (name and email address) for the purpose of administering the prize draw and contacting the winner.
- Your information will not be shared with any third party without your consent, except as necessary for prize fulfilment.
- You can access and update your personal information at any time by contacting Old Pulteney at hello@interbevgroup.com.

- General:
- Old Pulteney reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- This quiz is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and any disputes arising from it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
- If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
