1990 Vintage

The whisky used for this Limited Edition was matured in American ex-bourbon and Spanish ex-sherry casks which previously held heavily peated whisky.  With a subtle smokiness that is seen in lightly peated whiskies, each 700ml bottle is non-chill filtered at 46% ABV.

APPEARANCE: Polished amber.

AROMA: Subtle warm wood with hints of pear drops and green apples, fragrant floral notes followed by a spice and fruity touch of ex-sherry casks.

TASTE: This full-bodied expression is sweet to start with a touch of spice and a long and intense smoky finish.
