Second-fill American oak ex-bourbon casks bring vanilla, soft spice, and a steady sweetness. Ex-peated whisky casks add mellow smoke to our coastal salt. Huddart is rich, considered, and built the only way we know: without shortcuts.

APPEARANCE
Rich gold, with just a tint of amber at the edges.
AROMA
Mellow wood smoke and honey, then crisp green apple. Carried by creamy vanilla and treacle toffee.
TASTE
Spice and soft vanilla alongside gentle smoke. Sweet coastal brine builds into salted butterscotch, with a long, warm finish.
MATURATION
Matured first in second-fill ex-bourbon casks on Scotland’s far north coast. Then the smoke: we transfer each batch to casks that once held peated whisky.
